Rotary Trip
Important Points
First Come First
Serve
Both trips are available
on a first come first serve basis, which means
those who have sent applications and deposits
are on the trip in the order they were sent.
Send your application and deposit to hold your
spot. Recommendations, medical forms etc. can be
sent later. The trip is available to all Rotary
Exchange Students in the USA and Canada and no
preference is given to certain districts. We do
limit how many students from each country can go
on the trip with a limit of 6 kids per country
per bus at the discretion of the tour
leadership. You MUST read, understand and
initial all rules before going on the trip.
Ignorance of the trip rules is no excuse.

Priced Travel Insurance Available

By clicking on the link above, Travel Guard is
offering a inexpensive travel insurance and trip
cancellation insurance option. For the
Rotary Florida Adventure cost is around $42-$60
(higher if you purchase airfare). The Rotary
Eastern Trip insurance will cost approximately
Between $45 and $60 (higher if you purchase
airfare). The Western Trip Insurance will
be about $68-$88, and you book it all
yourself. our country of residence is the USA
or Canada, and your destination is either Ohio
or Arizona. You can pay for this with a credit
card, unlike the trip. Travel Insurance is not
available if you reside in Washington State or New
York State. Prices vary depending on state you
are living in. You can book it yourself
using that link above.
Trip Rooming
If you want to room with
specific students please either list them on
your application or email
Bill McMurray. There are NO GUARANTEES
and rooms may be changed to accommodate other
students. Default rooming is done by district.
Once all rooms are mostly filled late additions
will be placed in available rooms no matter what
bus students from you district or your friends
are on.
READ THE EMAILS
If we determine that
students have not been reading the emails we
reserve the right to cancel you off either or
both tours at any time. It is important that you
read all the emails we send you. Students
have been sent home from this trip because they
don't understand information we have sent in the
emails.
